Diann has more than 40 years of experience caring for domestic and exotic animals in a variety of animal facilities including the Bronx Zoo and ASPCA in New York, Glacier Creek Stable, Allenspark Stable, Denver Dumb Friends League and Raptor Education Foundation in Colorado as well as a veterinarian in Estes Park and Der Leiestreek in Belgium. She has trained a variety of dogs in obedience putting an All American CD on her mixed breed dog, Ten-thirty and Schutzhund I, II and IPO I, II titles as well as a WD title (watch dog) on her German Shepherd Dog, Cheyenne. Most recently Diann and her Belgian Malinois "Spit" earned their AKC Rally Novice (RN) obedience title and Schutzhund BH and I. Diann is the former Education Coordinator for the Longmont Humane Society.

John has put a Schutzhund BH, I, II and Obedience III on his German Shepherd Dog, Ursa, a Schutzhund BH and AKC Companion Dog (CD) obedience title on his Belgian Malinois "Wart", and a Schutzhund BH on his Belgian Malinois "Ugh". John has been training and handling dogs professionally with TWO BEARS pet services since 1997. John volunteers at the Longmont Humane Society, helping discarded dogs develop the skills they will need to stay in their "forever" homes. John received certification from Sit Means Sit of Las Vegas, Nevada as a No Limitations Remote Collar Specialist and attends seminars around the country to stay up to date on the most modern training methods.
